Once you have scheduled your time with us, you will immediately receive a confirmation. We will then review your inquiry form and start prepping for your meeting. If we need more information, we will reach out beforehand.

Schedule a time that works best for your schedule to discuss your travel. We can meet via video call, phone call, or in person. For full guided trips, we recommend video and in person meetings.

Complete the client inquiry form
We want to get to know you and your expectations so we can prepare for your meeting in advance.
- We will then discuss the payment options and terms for using our professional services.
- Once you decide which route you would like to take, we will provide you with a contract and your payment options, so we can begin curating immediately.

Receive Your First Sample Itinerary
Once you have signed your contract, we will provide you with at least three sample itineraries within 48 hrs (or less). You will have plenty of time to review and respond to us with changes.
Once you decide which itinerary you love the most, we will then start the booking process. Your access to our custom travel app will allow you to see real time updates as we confirm reservations, make changes, and upload any important documents. You will also be able to communicate directly with us via the app at any time before, during, and after travel.
